After taking some shots in a edited color from the camera I told my self that some photos in the RAW format would be ideal so I could change the colors up at a later point. That is what I ended up doing. Now this photo is of a building in the Georgia Tech Bioquad. It is part chemical and molecular science building. I felt that it would be a great subject as it is flanked on one side by a reddish building and on the other was the open sky. On top of that the window corner gave it a unique feel. I lined up my camera and took the photo. Now in pixelmator I applied a few color and brightness edits. I first lowered the exposure while increasing the highlights. I also increased the shadows all to achieve a slightly more contrasted picture. From there I got to the color portion and I edited the colors of the shadow, mid tones, and the highlights. For the shadows I made them more red as it was mostly of the brick wall. For the mid tones I increased the yellow which gave a slightly more distinction in the tower. For the sky it was part of the highlight so I added a slight blue tinge and a lot of cyan. This was the process of how I got to the final image.
