Day 23 – Roses

Olympus E-M10Mark ii. Olympus 14-42 F3.5-5.6 ii R

Good evening or morning to when you guys read this blog. Today I bring a rose which I took with the camera which I rented out a while ago. In this photo I took a picture of a rose which was part of a bigger bush in front of the Ford ES&T. I took the photo with iso 200, shutter speed of 1/100 seconds, at f5.6. This is some info which I am maybe going to start adding to my blogs when I can. I will also update the gallery with this weeks photo soon.

Now onto the editing process for todays photo. I sent it through Pixlemator on my iPad. Here I clicked the ai adjustments but it brightened it to much. So I turned the ai adjustments off for the exposure and light settings. Now I still added exposure but at a lower amount. I also added highlights and contrast. This in connection with the warmth really changed the mood of the photo to be more comfortable in my opinion. For the colors I reduced the brightness of the reds to to keep that light pink. That is what was edited for todays photo.

If you have any questions leave it below. Otherwise thanks for the read and come back tomorrow for another photo.
