There is always something that can slightly annoy you. Right now for my workflow I will usually upload my pictures to my Ipad and then edit those photos in Pixlemator. Most of the time there is no issues however sometimes I would like to add a film preset. Pixlemator has some good ones but I have been enjoying RawTherapee’s film simulation. This comes in a HaldClut format which is a color look up table. The creator took a great amount of time to make these presets which actually look spectacular. The only issue is there is no way to use them in Pixlemator photo on iOS. This lead me to try something the day prior. That is I tried to mimick the color of the filter in Pixlemator after having applied it to another same image. In the end I got something though I don’t know if it is exactly accurate. The film stock that I tried recreating was Kodak’s TRI-X 400. The image will be below.

The above photo was taken from the side of a large area of flowers of different colors. In this photo I used a Raw photo and just applied the color preset and left it at that. I did notice the photo seemed slightly underexposed but I left it like that as it would ruin the colors of the preset. The description is slight close but I hope you enjoy the filter and the photo.
If you would like I can drop the file for the Pixlemator photo. I will se you guys tomorrow.
