One thing I noticed was that I actually reached to the 10 day mark. Funny thing it slipped through my mind as I mistakenly made yesterday Day 9 instead of 10. Well today a day later I will celebrate this achievement of mine with another photo as usual. Not really a surprise if you think about it but oh well.

Todays picture is of a dandelion that I found on a walk that I took. It stood all alone with overgrown grass surrounding it. When I saw it I felt a force compel me to take this picture. There was no missing parts of the flower and the grass behind really provides and ideal backdrop. Now this photo was taken on the Olympus I had rented out for a bit and from the camera I took the Raw file for a spin in Pixlemator. I first started with white balance by giving the photo some warmth as it was pretty cold and blue. I then moved on to the next part which was the main area which involves the exposure, brightness, shadow, white point, and a few other sections. For this photo I brightened the photo to a point to avoid blowing out the colors of the dandelion. Then I moved on to making the shadows and the black points darker to provide more contrast. From there I let Pixlemator do color adjustments and finally I put a square crop on the photo. Through that process I was able to make this delightful photo above.
To end of today’s post I would love to talk about some plans I have for the site. If you have any recommendations please let me know as I hope to make this site a more enjoyable experience. To begin with I need to clean up the site. There are to many blogs on the first page and my plan is to store them in another page and leave the most recent on the first page. Second I am looking to see if I can make a gallery page where you can see all the photos I have posted over the past few years. Finally I plan to start posting in the morning but we will see how that goes. Those are the three main goals, but as I am always noting, if you have any thing you would like to see comment below and I would love to take your comments into considerations.
Well that was a lot of text so I will end it here. I will see you all tomorrow.
